This service consists of a thorough review and detailed comment of your Expert Witness Report; we review and evaluate reports from all specialties and from any company/service and/or any report that you have obtained directly from an expert.
The fee for this service is $250 for the review and comment (up to 2 pages of the Expert Witness Report, each additional page to be reviewed is $75 per page). We are offering our 3-year rate guarantee on this service as well.

American Medical Experts has a very unique service and fee structure to benefit attorneys. AME contains your (upfront) costs for your cases to be reviewed (our Complete Case Reviews by our in-house Medical Directors) and to obtain favorable experts witnesses to support your cases at trial (Expert Witness Reports).

AME reduces your fee to a flat rate and absorbs the cost for both of our services: our in-house Complete Case Reviews and Expert Witness Reports. Instead of charging / billing you and your clients an hourly rate, (average rates for the review of records by Experts can range from $400-$600 per hour or higher), we only charge $695 for Complete Case Reviews and $995 for Expert Witness Reports (up to 100 pages for all documents reviewed and $1.50 for each additional page reviewed) for our Complete Case review and an Expert Witness Reports.

American Medical Experts opened its doors to assist attorneys by reviewing cases for merit as well as containing their cost for these reviews (our in-house Complete Case Reviews) as well as obtaining reports from Expert Witnesses.

AME drastically reduces the upfront fees for you and your clients in order to contain your cost and financial exposure by screening out your cases and obtaining favorable Medical Expert Witnesses so that you only work with and invest your time and resources on solid cases.

***Pursuant to our fee schedule, initially the Expert Witness Report is sent to you unsigned; our service fee is paid only after you receive a favorable Medical Expert Opinion and/or you need the name and signed report of the Expert Witness. Depending on specialty, this Expert Witness Service Fee ranges from $695 -- $2295, the specific fee depends on the complexity of the case as well as the expert’s specialty.

When you have obtained an Expert Witness Report from AME at our reduced rates, you have an Expert Witness who has spent time reviewing your case, preparing his or her report(s) and is ready to move forward (deposition, trial, etc) on your case as your Expert Witness.

** If missing documents are requested to complete the review, or sent to AME after the review of your case has begun, or if additional work is requested, (i.e. Affidavit of Merit, etc.) hourly rates will be applied and billed (Complete Case Review $400 per hour and Expert Witness Reports rates are based on the Medical Expert's fee schedule). In many cases, the items for review will be billed and payment must be received prior to the review of the materials. In some cases, as with additional work or research requested, the billing may be after the work is complete. The time (hours for review) for additional documents to be reviewed will be based on an approximate time frame from our Director at a minimum of 1 hour. If the time to review the documents exceeds the approximate time, payment for the additional time will be required prior to releasing the report(s) to the Attorney.

For the convenience of your billing and accounting records, AME accepts all major credit cards:
