Chemotherapy Expert Witness

Chemotherapy is a medical procedure that is used to treat cancer. It utilizes chemicals that kill cells that divide rapidly; therefore, it is effective at killing malignant cells. Unfortunately, this means that in addition to reducing cancer, it can also eliminate beneficial cells that multiply quickly, including bone marrow, digestive, and hair cells. Therefore, common side effects of chemotherapy include hair loss, impaired appetite, and decreased production of blood cells.
