Epilepsy Expert Witness

Epilepsy is a chronic neurological disorder in which patients suffer dangerous and even debilitating seizures. The seizures are caused by abnormal or excessive neuronal activity. Epilepsy occurs most frequently in young children or the elderly; however, it has been known to occur in people of all ages. Epilepsy can be controlled, though not cured, with medication or surgery.
