Failed Back Surgery Expert Witness

Failed back syndrome is a condition in which patients suffer from persistent pain after a back surgery. Common symptoms include dull and aching pain in the patient’s back and/or legs. Abnormal sensibility also extends to sharp or stabbing pain in the extremities. Patients who smoke are at an increased risk of developing FBS.
