Transplant Surgery Expert Witness

Transplant surgery is a surgical specialty in which physicians replace a patient’s diseased or failing organs with healthy organs donated by a deceased patient (or, donated by patients who do not need them, as in the case of an extra kidney). Depending on the patient’s condition, transplants surgeries can be risky but ultimately life-saving.
