December 2023 To Whom It May Concern: I was suffering from cancer for the second time. I had been to the VA on several occasions making a case for myself that the exposure of the toxic substance at Camp Lejuene Marine Base in North Carolina was the cause of my cancers. From the very beginning to the day my decision was delivered I knew I could reach AME for support, updates and clarifications. Everything was explained upfront—i.e., time lines, charges, payments, first and final draft due dates, etc..
